The "Lizzie McGuire" star donned a green sleeveless top, long scarf around her neck, and black leggings as she carried her cup o' Joe back to her vehicle.
Recently, the 26-year-old actress decided to pass on the fun after dressing as a mouse for a Halloween party earlier this week.
Posting a photo of the adorable accessory, Hilary tweeted, "who's bein a mouse 4 halloween? got a cheese purse 2 give away! or if u live in Wisconsin could go 2u ;)."
